About Brenda Kionge:

Experienced program lead with extensive knowledge in office management software. Proven office and personnel management skills, with equal ability in lead and support roles. Competencies include record keeping, document management, personnel support and report presentation.

Special educator with a vast knowledge in the various common cases of special needs such as; autism, down syndrome, dyslexia, ADD and ADHD, developmental delays, Intellectual impairments, cerebral palsy, emotional and behavioral disorders among others.

  1. Coordinating all program events and activities. 
  2. Creating, maintaining and updating yearly calendar of events.

  7. Assigning tasks and supervising the progress of staff members
  8. Attending meetings, reviews and evaluation as required
  9. Formulate the organizations quarterly / yearly objectives and take lead to ensure success.
  10. Liaising with stakeholders, external agencies and a range of other professionals, such as speech and language therapists, Occupational therapists and educational psychologists
  11. Work with parents and program leadership to discuss student progress, classroom policies, operating procedures, and changes to IEPs. 
  12. Conduct related trainings to other support staff and community.
  13. Maintain an updated record of program data.
  14. Compile and present monthly departmental reports.
  15. Host visiting teams and give them an experience of what we do.
