A highly enthusiastic , hardworking,passionate  teacher with a 3 years experience and   a bachelor's degree in Education Art's, History and Geography with IT. I love to devise and foster captivation and unique practices to intrigue the students of all ages to help develop and promote creativity and high order thinking skills in a way that increases students performance.Im great in administration , collaboration and teamwork. Reviewed and monitored the progress of all students and identified their individual learning needs in collaboration with school principal.

• Created and maintained a welcoming , engaging and nurturing classroom environment where all students feel comfortable  
• Ensure all students understand the curriculum and supporting weak students who require extra guidance resulting in writing and reading comprehension tests increasing by 40%in a term. 
• Crafting a unique program with school library to foster an interest in History and Geography by incorporating lessons and cultural diversity and and climate change into the standard geographical and historical lesson plans.
• Managing students with different life experiences and adverse childhood experiences in collaboration with school principal and child protection officer .
