About Bonface onyinkwa:
I am an Environmentalist with six years of experience in the Environment and Social Research industry. My core competencies include Environment and Social Impact Assessment, Occupational Safety and Health, data collection, analysis, and reporting. I am result-driven with demonstrated leadership qualities and a strong background in handling tasks with critical datelines. I focus on managing program resources to fulfil the mission through priorities and budgets. I desire to work in a highly competitive and dynamic organization to gain extensive experience and positively impact the social economy through a healthy and safe environment.
I have worked for Kenya Urban Roads Authority as the Environmentalist for various projects such as the construction of the Access to Kibera Housing project, the Upgrading to bitumen standard of the Lucky Summer-Gitwamba-Kasarani Link Road, and the Construction of Kisii Bypass Phase I .I have also worked for the KURA donor funded project such as the Horn of Africa (Mandera Town Roads) where I was mainly involved in carrying out ESIA. I am responsible for tracking Environmental, Social, and safety issues that arise during the project preparation on and implementation phases. I have also worked on the Environment and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) for several KURA projects, whereby I was mainly involved in data collection, analysis, presentation, public consultation, and ESIA report writing.
Experience
i have worked with Kenya urban Roads Authority for the las 6 years where I'm mainly involved in carrying out Environmental Impact Assessment, Environmental Audit, Resettlement Action Plan, Social Impact Assessment. I can comfortably engage the public by holding consultation meetings and addressing issues appropriately
