 My background is in microfinance with a Bachelor of Finance and a diploma in Microfinance, Co-operative University of Kenya, with intermediate experience in a financial telecommunication firm. 

I have sufficient skills and training in marketing, client and stakeholder engagement and personal /corporate finance and credit analysis. 

Call -Agent | Debt Recovery Sep 2022 – Present 4g Capital Key Achievements ✓ Managing work queues to ensure all delinquent queues are actioned that see all call information and feedback captured accurately consequently improving the decision-making process. ✓ Contacting defaulting customers by calling them with an aim of negotiating a settlement of the arrears. Strategies I have developed (i.e. personalizing repayment plans) has seen a decreasing percentage of defaulters from 2021. ✓ Monitoring collection accounts allocated daily and taking appropriate actions to ensure that the collection portfolio remains within acceptable limits through the application of sound credit judgment within policy guidelines. This has led to a significant decrease in variations away from the acceptable limits during seasonal reports. ✓ To investigate and resolve any customer queries and complaints through verbal or written correspondence in line with 4G Capital policies. Having been able to close at least 90% of all customer complaints and escalating issues that cannot be handled within my working scope. ✓ Working closely with the branches on their bad debt portfolio, developing strategies that saw an improvement in achieving monthly targets. This was reflected by the departments the success rate in internal and external financial audits. ✓ Depositing Cheques on behalf of the company at various banks ensuring no loss, damage, theft, or forgery reported. This reduced losses that were because of pilferages. ✓ Received and validated cash from revenues ensuring accurate entries and reporting all variance to maximize company profit and minimizing any possible losses. ✓ Assessed and calculated tea vouchers to ensure accurate monetary conversions and profits after sales. Industrial Attachment | Bookkeeping Oct 2021 - Dec 2021 Chebut Tea Factory Limited Key Achievements ✓ Balanced Organization’s accounts and ensured all accounts were captured and were used for realistic projections of sales profits and budgeting. ✓ Posted in Banks for Revenue accounts and any reconciliations that ensured minimal or no deviations when bookkeeping. ✓ Prepared and posted duty travels of employees in an accurate and timely manner that saw all schedules maintained. ✓ Conducted Quality inspections of company’s products, documenting reviews and recommendations that enhanced customer satisfaction and sales turn over. ✓ Marketed Tea products while engaging with customers to ensure value for their purchases.
