I have a passion for Sales and Marketing with a large portfolio of resourceful contacts and networks in the NGO sector, Corporates, Private Companies, travel agencies/companies, and government ministries and parastatals.

My current position is at The Monarch Boutique Hotel, Rose avenue, Hurlingham Nairobi.

My background includes over 10 years of experience in sales and marketing management in the hospitality industry and currently in a government parastatal.
 

During my career, my main duties have been to plan, coordinate and manage the agreed strategies and activities for products and services to ensure an efficient, quality and cost-effective delivery.

Key to my success is being able to build an easy rapport with prospective clients and to quickly identify their needs, positioning me to effectively market solutions that work. I am also persistent, keen on details with good negotiating skills and the ability to close deals.

I am also keen on the follow-up to check on customer satisfaction and feedback which to a large extent ensures repeat business.
