May- August 2022 Assisted with qualitative and quantitative primary research projects, demographic data entry, Sample collection/ reception and processing, and taking notes during focus groups. Calibrated, maintained, and repaired some laboratory devices to precisely capture information in parasitology and hematology, bacteriology and mycology, immunology and molecular diagnosis (PCR), biochemistry, and serology laboratories as well as ensuring biosafety and proper biomedical waste management at the workplace. Achievements.   Performing the daily functions of a healthy operating laboratory, including staff training, supply orders, data entry, and cross-departmental communication for superior laboratory success. Maintaining detailed and thorough documentation on all testing and corresponding results. CHURCH YOUTH AND HEALTH LEADER                                                                                                              Responsibilities. 2020 to date. Planning and implementing an efficient program, promoting the church’s standards of healthful living among members and in the community through church operated health ministry program, helping and motivating youths to work together and take responsibilities as projected in the church profile, providing vision and strategic planning for ministry and to support youths in their spiritual life. Achievements.   Developed a strategic plan for the youth ministry. Developed an intentional ministry with the purpose of caring with the special needs of college and university students in institutions in consolidation of the church and the youth ministry.
