I am a highly motivated progress-focused and currently Business Operations Data Analyst with a long-standing background. With a track record of initiative and dependability, I have devised strategic initiatives which I believe will prove valuable.

Throughout the course of my career, I have perfected my data quality review and transact SQL abilities, R, Python, and excel. I am a capable and consistent problem-solver skilled at prioritizing and managing projects with proficiency.

In my previous roles, I contributed problem-solving, management, and business management toward team efforts and business improvements. I am progressive-minded and in tune with new developments in my field. I have proven to be effective and collaborative with strong decision-making talents. 

Experience

• Developed and maintained courteous and effective working relationships between the tech team and the business operation team.
• Application of Excel/SQL/R/PYTHON in my analysis to generate data-driven insights and also to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Preparation of a variety of reports and documents like weekly scorecards and communicating them to the executive team.
• Developing and implementing performance improvement strategies and plans to promote continuous improvements like doing a data quality check, flagging issues, and ensuring they are resolved.
• Creating models to automate manual work like a data anomalies model (R), a scorecard calculation Model (Advanced Excel) and average AR_Days (R).
• Creation of helpful charts and dashboard in Metabase (BI tool)  using SQL skills that easily calculates metrics/stats for colleagues.
• Working with General Manager, Head of Operations, Data Science and product developers teams to drive increased automation and data visibility into operations.
