• Developing and implementing performance improvement strategies and plans to promote continuous improvements like doing a data quality check, flagging issues, and ensuring they are resolved.
• Creating models to automate manual work like a data anomalies model (R), a scorecard calculation Model (Advanced Excel) and average AR_Days (R).
• Creation of helpful charts and dashboard in Metabase (BI tool) using SQL skills that easily calculates metrics/stats for colleagues.
• Working with General Manager, Head of Operations, Data Science and product developers teams to drive increased automation and data visibility into operations.
