I have been in the hospitality industry for the past  years. Am a well trained and certified CHEF as well as a WAITER holding my FOOD AND BEVERAGE CERTIFICATE.  Am highly skilled in preparing and serving both food and beverage. I am also well trained giving the customer a warm welcome, siting customers,taking orders and serving them with a good gesture. I am also well-versed in food safety regulations and have a thorough understanding of sanitation procedures.
