Review KPIs performance quarterly.
Maintain safe operations by achieving 100% adherence to safety requirement and procedures
Manage the cost for all the projects. Make sure the company is at a profit margin.
Maintaining safe operations by achieving an accident rate of Zero accidents.
100% adherence to procedures and processes
Timely daily report circulation within agreed period.
Maintain good relationship between customer and the company.
Ensure assets and drivers/Operators are compliant with applicable statutory requirement to minimum downtime. NTSA,LICENCES,KRA, KENHA & KPA.
Develop at least one process innovation per annum.

Experience

Liaise on behalf of the company with the client’s representative on site regarding work program and safety policy.
Ensure safe, Efficient, economic performance during rig move sand other logistics operations.
Ensure work program is followed and reporting discrepancies to the client.
Periodically check the efficiency of trucks, lifting and hoisting machines.
Cooperating and ensuring maintenance departments sets proper maintenance plan for all machines.
Ensuring Fuel levels are sufficient, keeping records and providing fuel report every day.
Allocate the drivers and Banks men for the equipment they are best on.
Appraise Drivers, turn men, operators, and Banks men.
Making sure the task (rig moves) is conducted safely and within the timelines.
Educating the drivers on the importance of good driving behaviors.
Ensuring convoy is maintained during early oil pilot (EOPs)
