To achieve this, I use the best approaches to deliver products interactively while fully embracing the Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes.

I recognize that customer involvement is key to developing sustainable solutions, and I always listen to metrics and data, both qualitative and quantitative, to ensure that I deliver the right product to its users. I am also a strong advocate for Agile practices and have been at the forefront of introducing, coaching, and mentoring many teams I've worked with. I hold certifications as a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) with Scrum Alliance and a certified SAFe Practitioner (SP) with Scaled Agile.

Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of contributing to numerous achievements and projects. These include developing Medihealth, a comprehensive healthcare management system, and a Corporate Learning/Training system. I've also been involved in designing a Mediclaim insurance claims processing system, a Program Requisition and Monitoring System, and a Workflow and Time attendance system integrated with biometric devices.

I take pride in my involvement in social impact initiatives, such as the Gender-based Violence monitoring and evaluation system. Additionally, I have experience in the corporate sector, having worked on projects like the development of a Smart Leave system integrated with an HRM system and Bulk salary processing integrated with core banking systems.

My versatility extends to different industries, including Banking, Healthcare, Telecommunication, Software, and Training and Learning. My passion for leveraging technology to solve real-world problems is matched only by my dedication to delivering outstanding products and fostering agile teamwork.
