I am an accomplished senior HR executive with more than 15 years of experience and success, I possess a wide range of knowledge and talents that will enable me to contribute toward the success of any organisation.
My expertise lies in successfully directing organizational planning and development through strategic HR initiatives and programs. Throughout my career history, I have provided leadership to the People and Talent teams, retirement benefits, managed talent management systems, Administration teams, Facilities, outsourced services, organization transformation and played the key role of being the Government and regulatory liaison.
I have also managed Human Resources, Learning and Development, compensation, employee engagement, recruitment, policy formulation whilst ensuring compliance with international and local statutory and policy requirements; provided strategic leadership on all Human Resource and Administration matters and contributed to the enhancement of the overall strategy of the organization both locally and internationally.
Highlights of my career include; successfully engineering culture change initiatives, spearheading job evaluation exercises, managing staff reductions without bad publicity, streamlining retirement benefits structures, reviewing Human Resource Policy and Procedures manuals and nurturing organizations to successfully implement Performance Development Reviews alongside having had good working relations with relevant trade unions and stakeholders.
