Here I got to acquire a lot of skills and real work experience that are not taught in school. Having been in the Human Resource Division, I was taken through the various Human Resource Management functions which entail; Appointment of staff, Orientation of staff, Deployment, Confirmation of appointment, Promotion of staff, Disciplinary control, Processing of leave, Management of performance appraisal system, Maintenance of staff records, Payment of benefits and allowances. Payment of salary, Declaration of income assets and liabilities and Human Resource Development (Training).

●19/06/2021 to 08/07/2021 Worked as an Enumerator (Data collection) for Dr. Catherine Gateri from Kenyatta University on her project entitled “Mainstreaming inclusivity in Urban Mobility Related Projects in the cities of Lusaka and Nairobi” A case study of The Nairobi Expressway Project.

●27/06/2021 to 30/09/2022 Worked for NCBA Bank as a Customer Product Advisor (CPA) under retail banking.Produced high-volume orders to effectively meet customer demand, collaborated with team members to achieve target results, handled customer concerns, and escalated major issues to the supervisor, educated customers about bank products & did sales and marketing on bank products i.e. Loans & Accounts 

●03/04/2023 to 03/04/2024 Working as an intern at Uwezo Fund Oversight Board

  Headquarters in the office of the Chief Executive Officer deployed as

  an administrative officer under the Public Service Internship Program
