Duties and Responsibilities.

• Serve as a technical lead in clinical quality assurance of sexual and reproductive health services and provide guidance and support to the service providers.
• Together with team members oversee the development and quality assurance of technical guidelines, protocols, informational materials.
• Assist the Coordinator in facilitating training across the program, reviewing curricula, and tools, conducting field visits, addressing identified gaps, and promoting systematic use of data 
• Work with the lead mobilizer to strengthen the capacity of local CHVs, Community Based Organizations and private vendors to provide services for girls and boys. 
• Promote technical learning across the project, by hosting and facilitating innovative exchange sessions between participating providers.
• To deliver evidence-informed interventions that achieve expected results while adopting a robust safeguarding approach across the program cycle.
• Collaborate with the program’s M&E team to ensure that system produces quality and timely data required to inform and improve the delivery of results.
• Support the Project Coordinator to identify, monitor and manage any risks to the attainment of program results.
• Representation of departmental project to the appropriate stakeholder engagements and meetings at the County level.
