RESPONSIBILITIES
Educating the patient on how to adapt to the new prescription and the care of the lenses.
Provide clients with great customer service by understanding and analyzing the patients’ vision problem.
Fill in the patient lens and frame information accurately into the system and accurately process patient payment transaction.
Making phone calls on daily basis to patients who have recently received their eyewear.
Identifying solutions to unsatisfied patients and act quickly for solution.
Assisting incoming calls from clients and make outgoing calls to insurance companies and doctors’ offices.
Providing pricing quotes for glasses through insurance benefits and store discounts.
