Experience

During the period I have worked as a Quantity Surveyor, I was involved in the following areas. 

1.Preparation of bills of quantities  based on the approved set of architectural and structural drawings. 

2. Preparation of schedule of materials and bills of labour. 

3.preparation of schedule of unit rates. 

4. Tender evaluation. 

5. Preparation of payment certificates. 

6. Valuation of works. 

7. Periodic project site inspection. 

8. Attending project site management meetings and minute writing. 

9. Re- measurements works. 

Education

I hold a Diploma in quantity surveying at Thika technical training institute . I have been engaged in this field for four years at public works office at Murang'a County.
