• Reporting/escalating problems with safety, environment, quality, and food safety management system to Plant Manager and stopping the line if necessary.
• Ensuring proper documentation of all production activities, documenting the same in the SAP/google drive in real- time and producing relevant reports as may be required by management.

• Setting up machines as per standard operating procedures (SOPs), ensuring they are working properly and producing quality product in accordance with the specifications in the batch manufacturing record (BMR).
