I am a highly dedicated professional with over 15 years progressive career in education, NGO and governance sectors with specific assignments on research and data analysis, monitoring and evaluation of programmes, project management and coordination, policy development, administration and management of institutions, training/facilitation and teaching. As a project specialist, I am impeccably able to oversee and manage large-scale projects from conceptual phase through to completion. I am highly experienced in managing schedules, identifying and limiting risks and maintaining all crucial documentation of the work done.  Additionally, I have demonstrated successful leadership of several complicated projects. My work experience and excellent leadership skills allow me to improve employee cooperation with both internal and external partners. I am a motivated team player who excels at collaborating with other team members to solve issues, devise creative solutions, and ensure smooth sailing. As a research, evaluation and monitoring consultant, I have skills in advanced statistical data Analysis using software such as SPSS, STATA and advanced Excel analysis. I have expertly used a number of data systems both donor and Kenya ministry of Health like NEMIS, KHIS, DATIM, KenyaEMR, to support data collection, synthesizing and reporting and to promote the use of data for improving beneficiaries outcomes and program impact. As a trainer of trainees, I have applied my advanced level data quality culture, including expert support to transfer skills through staff capacity building and development necessary to achieve program goals and career advancement of individual worker.
