Audreen Ambatsa

I am a 26-year-old Kenyan graduate with a degree in chemical engineering. I am hardworking, keen, and observant, with lots of relevant knowledge acquired during my coursework, training, and working with people in various capacities. 

I am trainable, adaptable, cooperative, friendly, and self-driven. I am also an outspoken and polite person with a lot of ability and zeal to solve problems.

3rd September 2021 - 26th November 2021: I worked at the New Kenya Cooperative creameries where I garnered skills in Milk pasteurization, UHT milk production, quality control, management of dairy processing, CIP cleaning, refrigeration and maintenance, operation of milk packaging and processing machines, and electrical installations.

16th August 2019- 31st August 2019: Worked with the Kenya National Bureau of Statistics (The first census carried out digitally) 
Duties and Responsibilities
• Ensured that all the materials and equipment for the enumeration exercise were available before the census began.
• Pointed out boundaries and all structures for the respective Enumeration Areas.
• Visited each household to list every usual member in the Enumeration Areas before the exercise commenced.
• Administered and recorded all the questions and responses from the residents in every household in the Enumeration Areas I was assigned.

1st January - 30 March 2019 Internal attachment at the Technical University of Kenya. Skills acquired in electrical wiring, lathe operations, air conditioning, refrigeration, and welding.

 

2015-2022:  Undertook a five-year degree course in Bachelor of Engineering, majoring in Chemical Engineering at the Technical University of Kenya. I managed to graduate Second class Honours (Upper division).

2011-2014: I schooled at St. Peter’s Mumias Boys’ High School and managed to score an A- of 78 points after sitting my KCSE exams in 2014.

2006-2010:  I schooled at Unity Primary School and managed to score a B+ of 362 out of 500 marks after sitting my KCPE examinations in 2010.
