I began my journey in IT as an intern, where I assisted in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, providing technical support to end-users, and managing IT infrastructure. This initial role helped me grasp the fundamentals of IT operations and customer service.

As I progressed in my career, I took on roles such as IT technician, where I was responsible for configuring and maintaining computer systems, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and implementing cybersecurity measures.
