I am a goal oriented, skilled customer service and administration officer with over 5 years experience in an healthcare setup.
Experience
Since December 2017 up-to-December 2020 I worked with Rapha hospital as an administrator while from January 2021 up-to-date I have been working with Onewaywise Health services in Makueni as an administrator.
My duties include overseeing the daily operations of the facility ensuring all departments are functional.
I am also tasked with ensuring customers/patients have their best experience in the facility by solving conflicts and addressing their complaints .
I usually manage internal and external calls from doctors and patients to address their matters.
In these facilities, I learned to ensure compliance to different regulatory bodies and renewals of licences in time
I usually prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports, do performance appraisals and help in recruitment of new staff among others.
