I am a passionate researcher with 1 year experience of field experience in the project of Nairobi River Project and participated in Renovation of Uhuru and Central Park. In my previous job, I took part in data collection, entry and generating reports of work done and I am highly dedicated and experienced in the field of science by the help of several visits to Kenya Medical Research Institute. I am looking forward to working in a competitive, dynamic, busy, and growing organization to apply and develop my existing skills and qualification diligently with an aim of creating a positive impact in my area of work for the mutual benefit of the organization and self-career goal.

• Assist project director in preparation of reports on findings and lessons learnt from project innovation.
• Monitoring and evaluation of overall progress on achievement of the implemented project.
• Monitoring Kileleshwa Ward project activities, expenditure and progress towards achieving project output.
• Reporting daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly progress on the project activities to the director of Water, Energy and Sanitation.
• Assisting in coordinating across the available project components to ensure effective implementation of monitoring and evaluation.
• Suggesting strategies to the project management for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the project by identifying challenges faced and providing appropriate recommendations.
• Developing and strengthening monitoring, inspection and evaluation procedures.
• Preparing and maintaining employees’ database.
