About Antony Kinyili :

A Bachelor's degree holder in Mathematics and Physics, with a strong background in teaching and education since 2009. He is driven by a passion for education and the pursuit of excellence. With current pursuit of a Masters in Project Management, he is enhancing his skills and knowledge to make a broader impact in the field of Education, Science and Technology.
Throughout his teaching career, he has been dedicated to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment for his students. He believes in the power of education to transform lives and empower individuals to reach their full potential. By employing innovative teaching strategies and incorporating real-world applications of mathematics and physics, he strives to inspire a love for these subjects and promote critical thinking skills among his students. As a Head of Department of Science, he has successfully led and managed his department, collaborating with fellow educators to develop and implement a dynamic curriculum. He has demonstrated effective instructional leadership by guiding and supporting teachers in delivering high-quality instruction, promoting professional development opportunities and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
His experience at Science Centre Kenya and Space Generation Advisory Council has prepared him to manage and coordinate various stakeholders in pursuing collaborative projects that shape critical decisions both nationally and internationally as well as cultivating inter-agency relationships for sustainable development in the field of Education and Science.
His current pursuit of a Masters in Project Management allows him to expand his skill set beyond the classroom. He is acquiring valuable knowledge in project planning, implementation, and evaluation, which will enable him to effectively manage educational projects and initiatives. This additional expertise will enable him to contribute to the development and execution of strategic plans, resource management, and the implementation of innovative educational programs. He also has certificates in Information Technology and Communication which has equipped him to navigate the digital space and to provide modern solutions that require technological approach as well as incorporating technology in the navigating his day-to-day tasks.
He is committed to lifelong learning and staying abreast of the latest research and best practices in education. He active engage in workshops and educational conferences to refine his teaching methods and instructional strategies.
