Anthony is an IT operation professional manager with10 years' experience in Telecommunication industry, Network Services Operation and Support. IT Service and Process management being his passion with Operational Excellence being a key driver, he derives his satisfaction from being able to ensure service availability to the customers & strategic partners and reduced Mean Time to Restore (MTTR) to improve on the Net Promoter Score.

He has delivered Broker (a middle ware for third party integration to Mobile Money Platform-MPESA) project, which is key for the business continuity process (BCP). Also, he has delivered Digital SDP (Service Delivery Platform), used for 3rd party premium rate messaging services, from legacy to a digital one to match the industry requirements. 

Mr. Owino has vast experience in providing excellent relationship management and customer service to the Telecommunication industry, including the Service Management and Service Operations sectors. He has experience delivering major tech-oriented projects in different countries including Ghana, thereby serving 40 million subscribers in the Mobile Money market. 

Offering high-level experience in supervision of workover and completion operations, he is adept at directing work of completion consultants and completion supervisors. Anthony is successful in introducing lean manufacturing to increase productivity and cut costs of completion. Over and above, he is well organized, attentive to detail and vigilant in achieving safety and environmental impact reduction objectives. 

Anthony possesses a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical and Telecommunications Engineering) and other relevant trainings and certifications.
