• Joined as a Management Trainee at Craydel, an ed tech start up, and grew through various departments, working as a Sales Executive, Project Manager, Product Manager, and Sales Manager.
• Currently leading a sales team of 10, through day-to-day activities which include conducting research, communicating with customers, organizing and holding partner trainings, generating sales and meeting KPI’s while ensuring team cohesion, efficiency, collaboration and solution driven thinking. 
• Also working on continuosly developing the product, through conducting market research to understand user needs, developing MVP’s and preliminary wireframes for new product features, and working with the design and software development team to oversee implementation.
• Managing relationships with ‘FutureShapers’ who are both local and international, corporate and individual partners, in order to support in their diverse activities and leverage revenue for the organization.
• Working with design, brand, and media teams to create the brands voice and write copy for emailers, website pages, campaign creatives, landing pages, call center scripts…etc.

• Managed all social platforms at the recruitment agency, including designing social media campaigns, curating daily content, writing blog posts and monitoring social media analytics and reports.
• Developed a social media calendar with content for the week (daily themes with optimized hashtags and tag words) and included a yearly one with important organization, local, national, regional and international dates and how they can be leveraged into content as well.
• Grew social account engagement by 67% and gained 1732 total followers in 3 months.
