I am a customer service management and communication professional with over 4 years of experience in the service industry. Much of my experience has effectively been resolving customer complaints, winning customer loyalty, and ensuring compliance with customer SOPs. A summary of my experience includes; developing customer service standards and devising ways to monitor and measure them, providing customers with product and service information, answering calls and responding to emails and resolving customer complaints, and ensuring service Turn Around Times (TATs) get observed, evaluating and improving quality service and daily auditing calls and calibration sessions. I seek to continue offering superior detail orientation in a Customer Service Manager position where I can manage teams to ensure excellent service delivery, contribute to customer satisfaction, and develop strong relationships with customers.
