Six years’ experience in Social work and three years of experience in project planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation roles, proposal writing, budget preparation and management and human resource management. 

Alongside social work and project management experience I am equipped in various skills that promote development in areas like human rights advocacy, lobbying and advocacy, public speaking and presentation and a well-equipped trainer in different areas.

 I possess good planning, organising, leadership and supervision skills; solve complicated problems carry out professional duties and I am a positive decision maker. I am also flexible and adaptable to new challenges.
