ANN WANJIRU

Well, for starters my sir name is Wanjiru. If anything, that name cannot be described by just few words. However, over time I have concluded that I am very capable, systematic and a thorough person, with many talents.

In addition, I am a first born, being the older of 3 siblings. Born and raised in the city of Nairobi, Kenya. 

I bear an adventurous spirit. I like to travel, cook, swim, create and take pictures. 

Making friends and engaging in small talk has never been a challenge for me as I have been lauded to possess a warm and pleasant personality that not only makes me easy to talk to but to work with as well. That is why I chose the customer service journey.

I prepared well by studying and acquiring a Diploma in Communication and Public Relations, hence landing my first job as a receptionist. 

Throughout my tenue in respective companies working as a customer service representative has given me good exposure and a vast experience in terms of work ethic, responsibility and how to maintain a good rapport with customers. 

I have also been empowered to handle different clientele with their unique needs.

worked as a Customer Service representative at Ownit Insurance Agency based in Nairobi, Kenya from 2021 January to June 2022

Worked as a Front Office Manager at MilikiSpace Property ltd located in Westlands, Nairobi from July to November 2020

Acquired an Upper Credit in Broadcast Journalism and Communication at St Paul University in the year 2018.

 In the year 2017, I did a short course related to the above field and acquired a Diploma Certificate in 3D and Animation at Busec Professional Institute, Nairobi.
