I am a seasoned Group Commercial Manager with a wealth of experience in designing and leading collaborative initiatives that positively impact an organization’s visibility, strategic direction and performance. Experience
Work with board of directors to design and Implement strategy ,values and mission also short and long-term goals and identify and address problems and opportunities for the company, Contribute to thought-leadership which is disseminated across various strategic channels also act as thought-partner to internal departments, external partners , other stakeholders and also experts working in decision making forum
Managing comprehensive review and analysis of business policies, overseeing financial planning, developing and implementing strategies and solutions that achieve consensus among key industry leaders and stakeholders and to ensure sustained business growth, customer retention through operational excellence, efficiency and effectiveness in delivery and execution through responding to and surpassing customer expectations and engaging in initiatives that will enhance the company’s market leadership position and contribute to profitability and revenue growth
Prepare the annual operations budget and ensure follow through so as to align with the company’s strategic revenue and profitability objectives also manage and control departmental expenditure within agreed budgets. Spearheading the management of the business development, marketing and account management, technical support teams, fostering a team-based culture, and ensuring positive interactions with other teams within, Research Partners and other external collaborators and also r responsible for overseeing staff, suppliers, and contractors to ensure that deadlines are met.

Master of Business Administration /Strategic Management Option) - St. Paul University; January 2018 to October 2019.Which has helped me to attain the following skills and competencies
- Strategic Management: Have oversight of the organization’s annual work plans and highly experienced in setting up the overall strategic goals, objectives, budget, policies & procedures and overseeing the execution of all business processes cutting across the different departments.
- Business Management: Acquired expertise in the running of SME operations of a business and having the capacity to oversee the smooth running of processes to ensure productivity. Build and maintain effective partnerships and relationships with relevant organizations, individuals and governments across the continent to inform an understanding of emerging market trends and need.
