🞂 Paramedic – EMERGENCY PLUS MEDICAL SERVICES-  From JUNE 2016 TO present

Duties and responsibilities: 
- Respond to emergency calls for medical assistance i.e. Road Traffic Accident, Resuscitation (CPR)
- Assess the patient’ s condition and determine the course of treatment. - Assist in transfer patients to the Emergency Department and report observations and treatment to the receiving nurse at the receiving facility.
- Replace used supplies and Check or clean equipment after use.
- Participate in events such as marathons, and provide First Aid or medical assistance to clients.

🞂 Psychiatric Nurse Chiromo Lane Medical Centre. From November 2014- June 2016 
Duties and responsibilities: 
- Formulating a nursing care plan to facilitate all round quality care - Provide direct care to patients which include facilitating social and emotional needs 
- Supervising medication schedules 
- Educating patients’ family about the conditions and ways in which to create a supportive environment for the patient. 
- Collaborating with a variety of interdisciplinary professionals in providing the  best possible care for patients.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Dealing with incoming emergency and non- emergency calls and prioritising them and taking the necessary information from the caller. Either by telephone, radio system and computer aided dispatch system.
- Maintaining contact with the team at the scene of the incident to keep upto date with the situation and ensure staff safety.
- Working under the direction of my team leader or co-ordinator.
