My experience with customer service  and front office primarily relates to retail. While I've worked in a variety of organizations, in my current position allows me to work solely at our customer service desk. I recently assisted a frustrated customer who was unhappy with discrepancies between our actual tracking system and what our mobile application reflected. While the application said we had many features and actual he could only access a few.I escalated the matter to our support team and he was trained on the other features which appeared on the application.He thanked me for my time and effort, and they actually came back a week later to tell me how much they love the product."

i  have a diploma in customer service and professional certificate in customer experience where i gained  skills and knowledge necessary to excel in a customer service role and aims to help them by providing  excellent customer service effectively to customer by impressing customers, communication and engagement technique.
