I am an enthusiastic and passionate 30 year old lady who goes by the name Anita Masengo. I have had the pleasure to work in different industries which all required excellent customer service skill set.

Going by the work experience indicated on my carricullum vitae, over the years I have sharpened my customer service skills by being in the following positions,

1. Sales representative
2. Merchandiser 
3. Marketer
4. Information officer
5. Call center agent

The achievements during my academic years are that I completed both my primary and secondary level with a pass which enabled me to study and complete my diploma in journalism and media studies at zetech university.

With all the experience gained while playing different roles truly shows how flexible and authentic my approach to work is. I would like to present myself as a full package which is jack of all trades.
