I have over 14yrs of progressive experience of working with projects/programs that support small holder farmers in areas of agro-enterprise development, extension and advisory services, farmer mobilization and group formation, market linkages and financial provision modeling for increased productivity and income. I am equally well vast in value chain analysis, current agricultural policy frameworks within the region, project implementation, budgets and funds control and monitoring and evaluation frameworks. My key competencies include program management, strategic planning, business plan development, capacity development, strategic partnerships and alliances and reporting and knowledge management.
