 I have gained valuable experience in both caregiving and clinical nutrition, contributing to my diverse skill set in providing comprehensive health support. In my three months as a caregiver, I demonstrated a compassionate and hands-on approach, assisting individuals with activities of daily living, mobility support, and personalized care plans. My commitment to creating a supportive and comfortable environment was reflected in the positive impact on the well-being of those under my care.

Building on this foundation, I am a trained  clinical nutritionist with a degree in Food science and nutrition . Here, I honed my expertise in conducting nutritional assessments, designing tailored nutrition plans, and implementing lifestyle interventions. I successfully collaborated with healthcare professionals to integrate medical recommendations into personalized care strategies. My role included providing ongoing support, monitoring dietary habits, and facilitating educational sessions on nutrition and healthy living.

I bring a unique blend of hands-on caregiving skills and specialized knowledge in clinical nutrition to enhance the overall well-being of individuals under my care.
