• Ensuring that the vehicle log sheets are filled every time when the vehicle is in use
• Detecting and reporting any malfunctioning of vehicle to the owner systems and taking them for service. 
• Assisting with the loading and offloading of company luggage, products, and materials.
• Promptly informing the company of any tickets issued against the company vehicle during work hours.
• Ensuring that the company vehicle is always parked in areas that permit parking in order to avoid towing.
• Keeping the company vehicle clean and properly maintained by performing regular washing, cleaning and vehicle maintenance.
• Fueling of Company vehicle and keeping fuel records for reconciliation at the end of the Month.
• Ensuring that all vehicles are closed, and keys returned to the office on a daily basis
• Participating in creating an atmosphere of teamwork within the unit by attending meetings, complying with the institutes policies and being a team player.
