Position:Cluster Manager Responsibilities: · Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients; resolve Driver issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust · Acquire a thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements; ensure services are delivered to customers in a timely manner and Profesionally. · Prepare sales plans and forecasts and ensure execution excellence of the sales plans by the operations Department team. · Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives · Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal Operation team. · Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships · Ensure compliance to statutory & company rules and regulations. · Undertake proper logistics planning to optimize existing resources. · Prepare, monitor and control operational budget. · Review product delivery reports and act on anomalies · Coach and monitor performance to identify gaps and recommend appropriate development for Drivers.
