With over 6 years experience in different roles, mine is to learn, grow and deliver

I have a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and over 6 years work experience in sales, customer experience, digital marketing and communication as well as project management to mention a few. I’m currently working as a Customer Service Associate and Digital Marketer with the Product Development and Marketing Department at ABC Bank Ltd. I supervise the customer service team guided by industry policy and also create content for and manage the Bank’s social media platforms i.e Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube and LinkedIn. Together with the team, I coordinate all internal and external Bank campaign most recent being the Customer Satisfaction Survey spearheaded by the Kenya Bankers Association (KBA) where ABC Bank ranked top customer centric bank among Tier 3 Banks.  

I pride myself in keeping it professional. 

I am honest, self driven, ready and willing to learn and grow both personally and professionally. I love meeting and working with people from different backgrounds, a team player who’s quick to learn new tasks and remain calm under pressure. 

I have a Bachelor's Degree in Economics looking to pursue a Masters in Project Management
