Alex Omondi

I'm a young and ambitious individual, highly motivated and energetic, qualities that I believe are essential for success in the finance field. I thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy working collaboratively in teams. Moreover, my ability to work with minimal supervision enables me to remain focused and productive, even when faced with challenges

In terms of work experience, I have had the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in different capacities. In 2014, I worked as part of the Social Media Management team at Figure Studios. This role helped me develop my communication skills and allowed me to contribute to the success of various marketing campaigns.

Additionally, in 2021, I undertook an internship at Kenya National Trading Corporation (K.N.T.C) in the Finance and Accounts department. During this time, I was responsible for a range of tasks such as casting daily sales returns, processing payment requests for staff imprests, and assisting in the computation of accounts receivables. This experience helped me develop my analytical and organizational skills while also ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

Furthermore, I have been actively involved in extracurricular activities that have allowed me to further develop valuable skills. In 2022, I was part of the planning committee and media team for the Business Conquest Masterclass. This event aimed to bring entrepreneurs together to learn from influential business leaders. Through this experience, I enhanced my teamwork and leadership abilities, as well as my event management skills.

I am a recent graduate with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Multimedia University, where I obtained Second Class Upper Honors. My academic journey has equipped me with a solid foundation in finance, and I am particularly interested in exploring this field further.
