Alex Mugusi

I am a highly dedicated, dynamic and highly competent teaching professional with over 10 years of experience. I have worked in various local and international schools and currently working as a Key stage 3 and KS4 Teacher at Brookhurst International School.  I am conversant with the English National Curriculum across Key Stages 2, 3 and 4 and even A Level . I am committed to safeguarding and promoting the education and well-being of students through creative teaching strategies. I have a proven record of enhancing education through classroom organization, resource management, student motivation, discipline, curriculum planning, policy implementation, and planning outdoor activities.  I have an understanding and awareness of diversity issues, classroom management, middle and senior-level administration, monitoring learners’ progress, and promoting the welfare of students at all times. I enjoy working in a busy environment and relish the challenge of managing a diverse workload and providing administrative support for educational institutions. I am currently looking forward to working with an institution where speed, efficiency, productivity and exemplary and outstanding hard work is essential.  A new and challenging position, one which will make the best use of my existing skills and experience and also further my personal and professional development.
