Training and IRD 

• Develop courseware for the End User Training, User Support, Networking and Graphics department.
• Determine course coverage and course contents and develop the session plans.
• Develop Consultant guides and student workbooks.
• Develop creative exercises for all courses and related projects as required.
• Develop evaluation guides for effective grading of the courses taught.
• Review and improve existing courseware. 

Management

• Ensure that sales process at front office are done such that the set targets are met.
• Implement and maintain quality systems, procedures and standards at the centre.
• Facilitate effective and prompt communications within the centre and with the Head office.
• Monitor & report on instructor requirements, seek approval to add head count and participate in the recruitment process.
• Implement a performance driven culture and ensure high morale, motivation and discipline of staff.
• Understand workers, their motivations and aspirations, and knit them together as a team.
• Develop measures to keep up motivation of all categories of staff.
• Provide appropriate inputs to decision making at the clinical departmental level, and coordinate decision making at the interdepartmental level.
• Exercise control over financial matters through costing, cost-control, budgeting and judicious investment of hospital funds.
