 Daily supervision and management of the Group PMS Systems. This
included (Opera, Sun System, Materials Control, Micros POS, Paymaster for HR)
 Daily supervision of the hotel network infrastructure that was centralized at the Head Office in Nairobi. A WAN network that linked hotels in Nairobi, Mara, Lake Naivasha, Lake Baringo, and Mombasa.
 Daily supervision on the Group operations of the systems that included (i) communication (Interlinked PBX interfaces and having a one network with all hotels)
(ii) Interlinked CCTV services and having a centralized managed center (iii) All hotels across accessing the application servers from HQ and accessing PMS simultaneously and having up to date data.
(iv) Centralized wifi control for the guest in all hotels
 Implemented hotel telephone system with customized guest service center
 Implemented and managed electronic door locking system
 Overseeing the Group IT budget plan and informing and advising the management on IT Matters.
