I am a Counseling Psychologist with over three years of experience specializing in addiction recovery, trauma-informed care, and mental health counseling. I have successfully managed large caseloads, designed personalized treatment plans, and facilitated both individual and group therapy sessions. My superpower is the ability to combine  evidence based expertise and a holistic client centred approach that resonates most with my clients such as  evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI), with a proven ability to support clients in achieving long-term recovery and mental well-being.

I hold a B.A. in Counseling Psychology with a minor in Health Psychology from the United States International University, where I gained a strong foundation in psychological theories, assessment, and therapeutic techniques. Additionally, I earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Chemical Dependency from SAPTA College, focusing on addiction assessment, intervention strategies, and recovery planning. I have also completed certifications in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Trauma-Informed Care, which equip me with evidence-based approaches to address complex mental health and addiction challenges.
