 Trained as a programmer specifically on the following technologies (Html, Css, JavaScript, JQuery, Flask, Django, Angular) in Moringa School (6months Training). Trained in IT profession field in University of Eastern Africa Baraton (4year Course).

 Work Experience : 

 Currently working as an ICT Officer -  Chief Data Officer at Mwingi Sub county ,Kitui County under Ministry of Education.

 Duties : - Support of E-Learning and content development in line with the schemes of work - Providing classroom support and training of School teachers in use of digital literacy Devices -

 Support implementation of the Digital Literacy Programme Carrying out innovations to enable schools improve on use of digital learning

 - Provide support in safe, secure and ethical use of technology in learning - Assist teachers by integrating ICT in delivery of teaching, learning, assessment and Reporting

 - Support school staff with development and production of key school policies and Procedures.

 - Provide first line support and maintenance of ICT services in the schools. 

Worked in WASH (Water Sanitation and Hygiene) in capturing information for the  tool for primary Schools within Mwingi Central Sub-county, Kitui County.

Worked as an IT Administrator/ ICT Support Technician at Iten County Referral Hospital (ICRH), Elgeyo Marakwet County, Kenya under Softcall communication ltd. 

Duties : - Installing and configuring computer hardware’s, operating systems and application. - Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and network. 

- Troubleshooting systems and network problems, diagnosing and solving identified issues. - Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports. 

- Responding within agreed time limits call-outs.

 - Talking to staff/ client through a series of action either face to face or over then phone to help set up the systems or solving issues.

 - Testing and evaluating new technologies. 

- Conducting electrical safety checks on computer and equipment. 

- Logging customer / employee queries. 

- Analysing call logs to spot trends and underlying issues.

 - Set up new users accounts, profiles and deal with password related issues and many others. - Training Clinicians, Pharmacists, and other staffs about the system and any emerging changes.
