Financial Reporting and Treasury Management
• Preparing & improving monthly and annual financial reporting using HFM and treasury management processes. • Oversee funds are transferred to projects per country on time by communicating with Treasury
• Perform all balance sheet reconciliations (bank accounts, investments, prepaids, deposits, accruals, depreciation, etc.) and prepare month-end close
• Lead the annual budget development process, monitor expenditures and variances, and proactively update income and expense projections.

Fixed Assets & Inventory Management
• Introduced fixed asset tagging exercise, maintenance, and accounting for the fixed asset register reconciling it to the General Ledger.
• Chart cash flow and ensure cash flow needs and adherence to Investment Policy. • Co-ordination of monthly and annual cash and inventory stock counts.
Key Achievements
• Recognition by the management for putting in place a safety control procedure in liaison with the HESQ(Health, Safety & Quality) manager which minimized accidents.
• Introduction of online submission, filing and payment statutory deductions PAYE, NHIF, VAT, Reverse VAT, Withholding VAT.
