I believe I have good interpersonal and communication skills, hardworking and confident. I am flexible to change and is able to influence others to work together as a team. In addition, diligent, open minded and self-driven project researcher adept at development processes and facilitation skills. Currently looking for a suitable opportunity within an institution that is dynamic, growth oriented and eventually become a professional of integrity, imbued with work ethics and a desire for service to the community. With my academic orientation as well as my prowess in the field about the activities and the current issues in education and research world, hopefully I will be of great significance.

I have done my attachment at Kenya Forestry Research Institution as a researcher and during that period I have closely worked with the organization and individual researchers for faster enhancement of skills and equipped myself with knowledge on various fields like pathology, entomology, molecular biology, plant tissue culture and nematology. I have also developed my communication skills through presentation of various proposals and projects in the institution.

During my university education, I pursued a degree in biotechnology, which not only equipped me with a strong scientific foundation but also honed my interpersonal and communication skills. Through collaborative projects and engaging with diverse peers and professors, I learned how to effectively interact with people from various backgrounds, fostering teamwork and cooperation. Additionally, the rigorous academic environment improved my writing abilities, enabling me to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely. Overall, my university experience was transformative, not only in terms of academic knowledge but also in enhancing my relationship-building and communication skills, which are invaluable assets in both personal and professional contexts.
