Have gained 4 years of experience in hotel industry and 1 year in tours and travel industry as a reservations manager,this makes me believe that my communication skills are top notch and I can handle clients the right way.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS MY MANTRA.

I started working as a junior waitress in Hilton hotel from July 2017- September 2017 where I gained different skills from my seniors,I can say Hilton is where the journey started.

I later joined CAFE JAVAS which is known as {CJ'S} from November 2018- 2019 December in Uganda here I worked as a senior waitress,I enjoyed giving service to my customers and their positive feed back kept me going and doing much more better.

I loved it when they became returning customers and bringing more people because of my service. 

After i left CJ'S i got an opportunity to work as a reservations manager at The Golden Circle holiday club for 3 years,where i got to showcase my skills, While i was on duty i helped strategize policies and programs for co-orporare travel and Ensure compliance in all aspects of travel aspects. I also managed to create relationships with other travel agencies and vendors which helped me to easily negotiate the contracts and rates with them. 

I went to THURGEM high school from 2012-2015 where I got C- ,then in 2016 I joined KENYA UTALII COLLEGE where I did CERTIFICATE IN FOOD AND BEVERAGE SALES AND SERVICE. I attained PASS
