I have over 17 years experience in Accounting, Audit, Insurance, Financial and IT Strategy development and implementation and general business management. I am passionate about building high performing teams that deliver results and positively contribute to delivery of company wide objectives

I have worked for several Organisations operating in various industries within East Africa. I have experience working in the Financial, Insurance, Construction, Engineering and FMCG sectors.The last 12 years of my career have been in the financial sector at C-Suit level financial management positions. Currently I am working as the Chief Finance Officer for Juhudi Kilimo, a leading Microfinance Institution in Kenya. Prior to that, I was the Head of Finance for Letshego Uganda, a position I held for 5 years.

I am a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance option) Graduate from the University of Nairobi and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). I posses other specialised education and professional certifications from the Columbia Business School ( Certificate in Business Excellence), Boulder Institute of Microfinance (Certificate in Management), Centre for Corporate Governance ( Certificate in Corporate Governance), Frankfurt School of Finance and Management, among others.
