I am seeking the position of Administration Assistant in your organization. My broad skills and extensive background will be of mutual benefit. I am a motivated, self-starting, and goal-oriented person with proven abilities in helping the lives of customers and the entire team at large. I have flourished in my work in the areas of administration, business development, finance, project management, operations and tendering process, sales quotations and Pre-qualifications. Most importantly, I always bring personal integrity, honesty and strong work ethics in my profession. 

Experience

Participating in tenders, RFQs and Quotations and ensuring that they are sent on time.
• Coordinate Engineers and prepare their work plan schedule on daily Basis.
• Interpreting survey done by the engineers, maintaining records of Job cards and delivery notes to and from clients
• Prepare technical offer including deviation / clarification / important notes, scope of supply & work, equipment specification & exclusions.
• Prepare commercial offer including price break down & optional prices as per the clients’ requirement along with payment terms & conditions, delivery schedule, domestic / foreign field service policy & other necessary like performance / equipment warranty, offer validity & confidentially agreement
• Managing of customer confidential information and preparing completion certificate for the project done.
• Processing orders, Invoices, and other requests and organizing workflow to meet customer timeframes by directing requests and unresolved issues to the relevant sales officers/managers
• Preparing and distributing customer activity reports and communicating and coordinating with internal departments on issues relating to customer care
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
