I am a self-driven data analyst who seeks to understand and provide solutions to business problems through
critically and objectively examining data and crafting creative solutions. I help derive insight from raw data
leveraging data tools like SQL, Python and R to yield valuable insights.

ERP DATA ANALYST – Nairobi Java House (Jul 2019 – Present)

• Responsible for understanding different data visualisation needs from various department heads and developing the appropriate dashboard using Power BI.
• Responsible for collecting analysing data from the different systems then existing. Data was collected through SQL and analysed in python. I Highlighted the glaring gaps and errors that occurred in data processing and data transformation between systems that served as a basis for ERP implementation.
• Oversaw and actively assisted in data collection, transformation, verification, and Loading into the ERP system during the migration phase automating the process using SQL and Python.
• Responsible for cleaning old SKU list with over 2 million items using SQL and Pandas.
• Involved in Measuring, Analysing, generating, and presenting reports to top management on the progress of the project weekly.
• Responsible for checking and correcting for data integrity from data flowing from Micros (Point of sale system) to Dynamics (ERP System).

DATA ANALYST & SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR – Nairobi Java House (Sep 2014 – Jul 2019)

• Responsible for analysing kitchen production data which led to reduction of key food production to more than 20%
• Responsible for informing combo pairings based on trends identified from sales data using Apriori algorithm in python.
• Responsible for Identifying key customers through an in-depth analysis of Mpesa data.
• Responsible for collection, Transformation and verification of HR data from an older system based on and Older version of Oracle to Sage 300 system using Oracle PL SQL for data extraction and transformation.

IT INTERN – Nairobi Java House (May 2014 – Sep 2014)

• Responsible for creating an online reporting system which made it easier to get more insight than the older existing manual excel system.
