I am passionate about sports and fitness exercises. I love helping people keep fit and attain their fitness goals through zumba and Aerobics training. Am as well a Sports teacher, I coach swimming and tennis.
Experience
Founder and owner - Adadani Fitness
I am the founding director of Adadani Fitness, a fitness group that is actively involved in providing exercise and fitness in Kenya. I am tasked with developing strategic plans, implementation, and overseeing the daily activities of the group. Adadani Fitness has trained more than 2000 individuals, mainly from partnered gyms and fitness groups. Adadani Fitness itself has freelance instructors in Zumba, Aerobics, Insanity, Tabata, and Taebo. In August 2022, I launched a dance exercise workout program for Kenyan High schools. Conducted dance classes at Kenya High and am currently instructing zumba at Light Academy International school in Karen.

2019 - currently (graduating in 2023) : University of Nairobi, Bachelor’s Degree in Education Science (Physical Education and Sports).

Scored grade B plain of 66 points
2007 - 2014: Solomon Primary school
