About Abdelmukaram Ali:
As I am Identifying myself as a humanitarian leader having had worked for over 12 years of working experience with different UN and INGOs in the leadership and programs managements roles covering all development, early recovery and emergency sector interventions has largely shaped my unique perspectives and aspirations in leadership, programs management, planning, projects design, implementation, monitoring and evaluations combined with an exceptional organizational and administrative skills, management, coordination and reporting backed-up with an ability of working under pressure.
I have a good history of success with my previous and current employers on leading and managing diverse and large teams at Country, Regional and state levels having managed to deliver several multisectoral and multi-millions development and humanitarian assistances in complex working environments across several regions in Sudan in addition to my current recent relocation to Nairobi in Kenya with the International Labour Organization ILO
Worth to mention about myself that, I have a good leadership skills and stakeholders’ management gained from severely being a member a of the several country leadership teams which played a crucial role for better serve to undertake the roles and responsibilities of this function . Additionally I am a very committed, focused and have the ability to play a dynamic role in diverse communities having had several opportunities of being in a multi-cultural environments through my participations in several international representations (events, conferences, meetings, workshops and resident based training courses across the globe.
Having held the above roles has equipped me with the necessary knowledge and experience on managing the different operation’s sections such as finances, HR, Administration, Logistics and procurements, Supply chain, Security and It teams.

Experience
Currently working as state Coordinator for White Nile State in Sudan with ILO from January 2021 up to date , Under the overall supervision of the Director of ILO country office in Addis Ababa, and the direct administrative and technical supervision of the Chief technical advisor in Khartoum, Responsible of the implementation and coordination of all the ILO operations in White Nile State, and represent ILO in the state.
From September 2019 to December 2020, with Save The Children International worked as Program Area Manager for Kordofan Region in Sudan based in Elobied, Responsible of providing an effective management oversight of the implementation of Save the Children’s programs in Greater Kordofan region which includes (North, South and West) Kordofan states through direct and partner led activities.
From January 2018 to July 2019 worked as Area Coordinator for Eastren Sudan Region with Practical Action, based in Kassala Responsible of overall management and coordination of all practical Action’s projects under Eastern Sudan program which includes Kassala, Red Sea and Gadarif states, the responsibility includes programs management, strategic planning, human resources management, fundraising, projects implementation, reporting, financial management
Worked as a country Program support Manger with International Aid Services (IAS), Sudan Program based in Khartoum from April 2014 up to April 2017, covering the 4 field operational areas of IAS in Red Sea, South Darfur, South Kordofan and West Darfur, the responsibilities included management and coordination of all humanitarian and development projects under Sudan’s Program through overseeing IAS’ portfolio of grants, supervision of four Area coordinators, reviewing of existing Monitoring, evaluation and information management systems, overseeing donor reports, fund raising, act as a member of the country leadership team, process, adjust and approve the monthly financial project requests from field offices while ensuring compliance with proposed project budgets and donor requirements, Capacity building for partners in planning, proposal writing, projects implementation and sustainability.
Worked a project Coordinator of South Kordofan Program with International Aid Services (IAS) based in El-Dalang City from January 2012 to March 2014, responsible of overall management and coordination of all projects activities in south Kordofan area, the responsibilities included administrative and programmatic functions such as financial management, human resource ( recruitments of staff), logistics support and program objectives, meeting the set targets on managing projects, oversee the preparation and submission of funding documents, strategy papers, concept notes and proposals, ensure progress and final project reports are of high quality and submitted in accordance with the donor requirements and set timelines
